Do the research on the
company that you will go for interview such as company background, new
promotion, or more relevant information.
Prepare some questions
& answers that you think it will be appeared during interview and
also prepare your own questions you be asked the interviewer at the end
of interview.

Questions Preparing Example:
- Why do you apply for this position?
- What do you know about our company?
- Why do you want to work here?
- Why should we hire you?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are you going to do in the next five years?
- Why do you want to change your career?/ Why do you want to resign from your current company?<
- How you cope with pressure?
- What kind of manager do you want to work with?
- What kind of working environment do you prefer to work?
- Have you ever done this kind of work before?
Notice For What You Should Not Do Or Answer During Interview:
- You should not fidget and slouch in the chair
- Don’t criticize former employers
- Don’t interrupt the interviewer
- Don’t Use your negative image in front of the interviewer
- Your nervousness should not appear out

- The way you dress
and groom must be professional and look interesting. It is the first
impression for interviewer so professional clothes also scores you.
- You should arrive early at least 15 minutes before the interview start. This way make you feel relax and reduce nervousness.
- Make sure you know the company location (the place you will go for interview) clearly.
- Great the interviewer and keep smiling during interview.
- You should try to avoid “Yes” or “No” statements.
- Show confidence and let the interviewer know what your career objectives are.
- Express enthusiasm and responsiveness to questions by maintaining eye contact.
- Ensure that you are
prepared with answers regarding your strengths and weaknesses, why you
want to work for the company, what makes you the best candidate for the
job, what management style you work best with, how you handle conflicts
(internal and external), and any contributions and ideas that you have
put forward in past roles.
- Try to answer the questions with examples and discuss your achievements that you have made in your career.
- Do not tell a lie!
If you have no experiences, just let them know that you are keen and a
fast learner and also have real commitment.
- Finish interview by shaking hands or good bye and saying thank you to the interviewer for their time.
- Send the interviewer a Thank You Note or Email after interview.
